All firearms sent or handed to UK Gun Repairs for repair, refurbishment or alteration remain with UK Gun Repairs until such time as cleared funds have been received.   In order to satisfy Legal and Insurance requirements, all firearms sent to UK Gun Repairs must be accompanied by a photocopy of customer's valid complete Firearm license/Shotgun certificate. All firearms will only be returned to the address appearing on customer's Firearms license/Shotgun certificate and our courier will only accept the signature of the licence holder as receipt of delivery.   We have a duty of care to our customers, therefore,  upon receipt of a firearm for the purpose of repair, refurbishment or alteration, if,  we the partnership of UK Gun Repairs discover a safety issue not known to the customer, this matter will be conveyed to the customer. We must point out that we will be unable to continue with the work requested until such time as the safety issue has been rectified.   UK Gun Repairs is very open with regard to our pricing, therefore, no work or subsequent work recommended on any firearm will be carried out until such time as the work involved and costs are discussed and agreement reached with the customer.   Under the rules of International Intellectual Property Laws no part of this web site may be copied or reproduced without the express permission of the Partners of UK Gun Repairs.
